Groundswell Chapter 10-12

In chapters 10-12 of Groundswell: winning in a world transformed by social technologies, I read about various elements that can improve an organization.

The main 3 are as follows:

  1. Take small steps that have big impact. In other words, do not try to do a lot at once. A good relationship between the customer and the company will not happen over night.
  2. Have a vision and a plan. It is important that you at least have a plan of where you want the company to customer relationship to be like in the future.
  3. Build leaders into the plan. Sometimes your biggest voice for the future of your company is the consumer.
